Bold Earth Foods currently offers local delivery for frozen products within selected areas of British Columbia, including Langley, Surrey, Vancouver, and surrounding communities.

Our goal is to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and in good condition.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within:

Langley
Surrey
Vancouver
Nearby surrounding areas within our delivery range

Delivery availability may depend on your location, order size, and delivery schedule.

2. Delivery Fees

Our current delivery fees are:

Langley: $5 delivery fee
Free delivery on orders over $35
10–30 km radius: $8 delivery fee
Free delivery on orders over $50
30–60 km radius: $10 delivery fee
Free delivery on orders over $60

Delivery fees and free delivery thresholds may be updated from time to time.

3. Delivery Timing

After your order is placed, we will prepare it for delivery based on our available delivery schedule. If there are any delays or delivery concerns, we will do our best to communicate with you as soon as possible.

4. Receiving Your Order

Because our products are frozen and perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Once delivered, products should be placed in the freezer immediately to maintain quality and food safety.

5. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. Bold Earth Foods is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or product quality issues caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or delays in placing products in the freezer after delivery.

6. Delivery Changes

If you need to update your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist, but changes may not be possible once the order has been prepared or sent out for delivery.
