At Bold Earth Foods, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our frozen products safely. Because our products are frozen and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

For food safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returned products, even if they are unopened, because we cannot verify how the products were stored after delivery.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, thawed due to a delivery issue, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and delivery condition

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

3. Customer Responsibility After Delivery

Frozen products should be placed in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery. Bold Earth Foods is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed pickup, missed delivery, incorrect address information, or improper storage after delivery.
